Keystone Color Selectable LED Tubes with 5 CCT Choices

What do you call an LED tube with five selectable color temperature choices, shunted and non-shunted lamp holders, available single- and double-ended wiring, and is up to 50% more energy efficient than conventional fluorescent tubes?

The most versatile tube on the market.

Keystone Technologies, the industry-leading lighting and lighting controls manufacturer, is proud to offer the DirectDrive DX2 with Color Select technology.

“With its variety of color temperatures, our CCT tube is like five lamps in one, and its ability to be used in shunted and non-shunted lamp holders make it an easy replacement for fluorescent tubes and allow distributors and contractors to lower inventory,” says Josh Brown, Keystone EVP, Distributor Sales and Marketing. “Aside from the wide range of color temperatures, the CCT tube offers easy installation, long life, and reliable LED technology. It’s a win-win solution for sellers and users.”

The Color Select tube features five color temperatures—3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K, and 6500K—which can be changed from one to another with the flick of a switch. Its single- or double ended wiring options simplify installation, and it utilizes both shunted and non-shunted sockets, making it an easy LED upgrade from T8 fluorescent tubes.

The Color Select tube is part of Keystone’s line of DirectDrive DX2 UL Type B line-voltage tubes, which can provide up to 50% more energy savings than standard F32T8 lamps. In addition, since LED tubes have a longer useful lifespan than their fluorescent counterparts, these tubes also reduce maintenance costs.

Keystone tubes are mercury-free, feature a pixelation-eliminating frosted lens, and feature an isolated integral driver that eliminates the need for an external driver or ballast.

“These Color Selectable lamps are an outstanding example of how Keystone continues to lead the industry with products that combine advanced thinking with the trust and dependability that’s been our hallmark for more than 75 years,” says Brown. “It’s an excellent expression of our motto, Light Made Easy.”
